Privacy Policy
How your information is handled at the Parshan workshop
What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, phone number and email (when you register, order or contact us), files you upload for an order or a restoration assessment (such as photos of a canvas), and ordinary server logs (browser type and pages visited).
How we use it
Your information is used only to answer your request and arrange your order, send verification SMS codes and order updates, and improve the website. It is never used for third-party advertising.
Sharing
Your information is never sold or rented. It is shared only in two cases: what the carrier needs to deliver your order (address and recipient), and what the law requires.
Cookies
The site uses technical cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme choices. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Security
The site runs over encrypted HTTPS; passwords are never stored in readable form, and access to customer data is limited to the workshop.
Your rights
At any time you can view your stored information, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data — just contact us by phone or email.
Changes
If this policy is updated, the new version is published on this page and takes effect immediately.
