Acceptance of terms

Using parshan.art and placing an order with the Parshan workshop means you accept these terms in full. They govern your relationship with the workshop for all orders.

Services and ordering

Parshan makes custom painting canvases, handcrafted wooden frames, and offers canvas restoration. Orders are taken by phone or in writing and become final once both sides agree on the specifications (dimensions, fabric, wood, gesso layers), price and delivery time. The agreed specifications are the basis of the work.

Price and payment

Each order is priced from its dimensions, materials and requested details, and the price is confirmed before work begins. Payment is made by the method agreed at ordering; production starts after payment (in full or the agreed deposit).

Production and delivery time

The delivery time is estimated and announced when you order; it depends on the workshop queue, the complexity of the order and the season. If a delay becomes likely, we inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping

We ship across Iran and abroad. Every order is sent in protective packaging; shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, transit liability follows the carrier's rules.

Quality guarantee

Every Parshan product is built to museum-grade quality and checked before delivery. If there is a manufacturing defect (open joints, slack fabric, faulty wood), we repair or rebuild it free of charge after inspection. Damage from misuse, humidity, impact or later transport is not covered.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logo and designs — belongs to the Parshan workshop and may not be used commercially without written permission. Customers' artworks are shown as samples only with the owner's consent.

How your information is collected and used is described on the privacy page. These terms may be updated; the valid version is always the one published here, and continued use of the site means accepting it.
