Returns & Cancellation
Cancellation, return and guarantee policy of the Parshan workshop
The basic rule
Parshan orders are built to your agreed specifications (exact dimensions, fabric, wood and finish); made-to-order goods are therefore not returnable without a reason. Beyond our legal obligations, however, the conditions below cover cancellation, returns and quality assurance.
Cancelling an order
Before production starts, an order can be cancelled at no cost and any payment is refunded in full. If production has already begun, the cost of materials used and work done is deducted in proportion to progress and the remainder is refunded.
Manufacturing defects
If the delivered item does not match the agreed specifications or has a manufacturing defect, report it within 7 days of delivery by phone or email; after inspection we repair it, rebuild it or refund it in full — your choice, by agreement.
Shipping damage
If the parcel arrives damaged, send photos of the package and product within 48 hours; we pursue the claim with the carrier and compensate as agreed.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued within 7 business days by the original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except for manufacturing defects or shipping damage, which are on us.
Fully custom orders
Orders produced entirely to your custom specifications (non-standard sizes, special materials or requested combinations) are not refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage; exceptions only by written agreement.
